Thank you for choosing Podpod as your premier recording and podcasting haven. Before you proceed with booking our studio, please carefully review the following terms and conditions.
Booking and Cancellation Policy:
- All bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund.
Payment:
- Payment for studio bookings must be made in full at the time of reservation.
- Podpod accepts various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer.
Late Arrivals:
- If you are running late for your scheduled booking, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation, but we cannot guarantee an extension of your booking time.
Equipment and Facilities:
- Users are expected to handle all studio equipment and facilities with care.
- Any damage caused to equipment or facilities due to negligence will be the responsibility of the individual or group making the booking.
Noise and Disturbance:
- Please be mindful of other users and our neighbours. Keep noise levels within acceptable limits.
- Podpod reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if noise levels are deemed disruptive or in violation of our policies.
Security Deposit:
- For certain bookings or at the discretion of Podpod, a security deposit may be required. This deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the studio after use.
Safety and Security:
- Users are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by Podpod staff.
- Podpod is not responsible for any personal belongings left unattended in the studio.
Rescheduling:
- In the event that you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Termination of Services:
- Podpod reserves the right to terminate any session or rental agreement if the user is in violation of these terms and conditions.
Modification of Terms:
- Podpod reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes.
